Update for File Archive: Amazon S3

Recently, I have started using Amazon S3 for storing the images and files for the File Archive.  Amazon S3 is an online backup service, and it is hosted by Amazon's servers, so the File Archive should load faster than when the images were coming off the hosting server.  However, this could also mean that a few downloads don't work, so if you see a file whose download link doesn't work, please email me by using the "Contact" button at the top of each page.
